GPA最终临床分类标准和权重：
鼻血、鼻腔结痂或鼻腔充血：+3分
软骨受累：+2分
传导性或感音神经性听力损失：+1分
细胞质ANCA阳性（c-ANCA）或抗蛋白酶3（抗PR3）抗体阳性：+5分
胸部成像显示肺结节、肿块或空洞：+2分
活检发现肉芽肿或巨细胞：+2分
影像学发现鼻窦/副鼻窦炎症或实变：+1分
寡免疫性肾小球肾炎：+1分
核周ANCA或抗髓鞘ANCA阳性：-1分
嗜酸性粒细胞计数≥1×109/L：-4分
确诊标准需确诊为小血管炎或中血管炎，且排除其他诊断。上述10条标准得分≥5分可诊断为GPA。GPA新分类标准稍微敏感性93%、特异94%。
